We had a wonderful day at school celebrating World Book Day. Children dressed up as their favourite book character ranging from princesses to superheroes. Lots of fun at school!

Congratulations to our super talented group in the Senior Room who won the Senior County Prize in the Someone like me competition which promotes inclusion and diversity. The group spent January 28th being celebrated for their achievements in City Hall in Dublin. They also received €150 for their class and school in recognition of their efforts. Well done to everyone involved. We are all very proud of you! Lots to be celebrated on our next Yay day!
The rest of the teaching cohort are finally catching up to us in Murhur NS and now there is a national wide competition to recycle cans and bottles. We are asking for our brilliant families, directly linked with us and extended and our whole community to get on board with this and help us re-turn as much as we can!
